As BOZTOPRAK GIDA A.Ş. we adopt the fact that the most valuable resource for our
company is human beings, and within this framework our basic target is to grow with
our employees, suppliers, and customers, to increase our profitability, efficiency,
and quality, and to be a leader company in its sector. In order to obtain this target,
we have determined the principles below as our quality policy.
- To work in cooperation with all legal institutions in Turkey and in the countries
with which we carry out exportation and to perform a production in line with legal
conditions.
- To determine customer expectations and needs, and to carry out production in parallel
with this fact. Thereby to ensure customer satisfaction.
- To produce new, quality, and healthy products and to present them to appreciation
of customers.
- Within the framework of the awareness that we need the support of all our employees
in order to upgrade our quality, to ensure satisfaction and awareness of all our
employees.
- In order to increase quality of our products, to work in cooperation with our suppliers
and to ensure awareness of our suppliers.
- To ensure constant improvement of our quality management system by revision of it.
- To meticulously carry out our necessary examinations and tests before obtainment
of the products by the final consumer.
